Work@Qantas

I've been worked for Qantas Airway for a week now as a team leader in the Sales and Marketing Initiatives Team. I'm leading a group of seven developers now.

Most of the java developers in my team are junior java developers, I'm very disappointed with it to be honest. They don't know how to use eclipse, don't now how struts work, poor OOP concepts, etc ....

Our source control is clearcase and It is fucking very slow. Most importantly, It doesn't integrate as good as CVS or subversion with Eclipse. It really slows down my productivity.
